Does TAGGART STUDIOS have a brick and mortar store?
While we do not have a physical store, we will hold occasional pop-up shops. Check out our events page for more information, and subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop!
I live in the area, do I need to have my item shipped?
We deliver! If your shipping address is in the 55057 or 55019 zip codes, you can select local delivery at checkout. TAGGART STUDIOS delivers on Wednesdays, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. Orders received before 11:59 p.m. on Tuesdays will qualify for next-day delivery. Any orders placed after 12:00 a.m. on Wednesdays will be delivered the following Wednesday.
We are unable to schedule an exact time your package will arrive. You will receive a notification once the delivery has been made. TAGGART STUDIOS is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered, but we will certainly do our best to get to the bottom of any issues.
Shipping Rates
TAGGART STUDIOS takes care of the shipping for all domestic orders over $50.00.
All orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95.
When will I get my order?
All orders leave TAGGART STUDIOS within four business days. All orders ship standard ground. You will receive an email or text with a tracking number.
Can I get my package expedited?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Where does TAGGART STUDIOS ship to?
Currently, TAGGART STUDIOS ships to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. If you have any questions, please contact hello@taggartstudios.com.
The item I want isn't in stock!
If the item you're looking for is part of our Wood Collection, good news! It will be back in stock soon! The items in our Wood Collection are updated monthly, so if what you're looking for is sold out, it is on it's way! To be the first to hear about product restocks and new product launches, subscribe to our newsletter.
How do I care for my wood products?
To maintain the luster of the wood, we recommend using our 100% natural and food-safe Wood Wax.
Are the paper placemats recyclable?
Yes and no – it depends on how messy your placemats are after a meal. Any part of the placemat that has been spilled on will not be able to be recycled. Any part of the placemat that has not been spilled on can (and should!) be recycled.
Do you take custom product orders?
If you are with a company or organization that is interested in promotional materials or custom company gifts, email us at hello@taggartstudios.com and let's chat.
Please note, custom products take time. Typically, a three-month lead is necessary to design and develop custom orders.
